Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blumie. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Blumie is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile current. One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in termination.

Verification is required for all accounts. You must complete the verification process using a real photo of yourself. Impersonation or fake profiles are not tolerated.

3. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other members
• Share another member's private information without consent
• Spam, solicit, or use Blumie for commercial purposes
• Upload illegal, violent, or explicit content
• Discriminate against or stigmatize other members based on health status
• Attempt to circumvent verification, age checks, or safety measures
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Violations result in immediate account termination.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Free tier: Core features including 10 swipes/day, messaging, and verification are free forever.

Paid subscriptions: Plus and Premium plans are available on daily, weekly, or monthly billing cycles. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your geographic location at time of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who are unsatisfied. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact support@blumie.app for refund requests.

Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Your current subscription rate is locked until the end of your billing period.

5. Location services

Blumie uses your device's location to provide distance-based matching. Location access is optional but recommended for the best experience. Your exact coordinates are never shared with other users. Pricing may vary by region.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Disclaimers

Blumie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes. We are not responsible for the conduct of other members. Use your best judgement when meeting people from the internet. Consider meeting in public places for initial dates.

Blumie is not a medical service. Any health-related information shared on the platform is user-generated and should not be considered medical advice.
